Steven E. Trytten, Esq., CPA, MBA, is the managing partner of Henderson Caverly Pum & Trytten LLP and he will be reviewing the SECURE Act (Setting Every Community Up for Retirement Enhancement Act), which was signed into law on December 20, 2019. Many of the provisions became effective on January 1. Forbes described it as "one of the most dynamic changes to retirement legislation since the Pension Protection Act of 2006".
